Customer Service Representative

Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. $20/per hour Manage high volume calls for Customer Service/Sales department Ability to multitask Meet daily and weekly sale calls and goals Monitor orders and proactively communicate delays, shortages or delivery changes Run daily reports Data entry Assist sales with entering orders Other duties as assigned Work Environment: Professional office environment Must be willing to work on Saturday and Sundays
