As Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort, we are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Recreation Attendant to join our Guest Services team and ensure guests enjoy safe, fun, and memorable recreational experiences. About the Role The Recreation Attendant plays a key role in delivering safe, enjoyable, and engaging activities for our guests. This hands-on position includes managing recreational equipment, assisting with activity setup, instructing guests, and ensuring that all recreational areas and programs meet resort standards. This position is ideal for a guest-focused professional who enjoys active work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences through recreation.
