Customer Service Representative (CSR)

SoCal Volleyball Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our families, athletes in house. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and a positive experience for everyone involved in our club. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and athletes in person Provide accurate information regarding programs, tryouts, clinics, tournaments, and club policies Assist with registration, payments, and account management Support coaches and leadership with administrative tasks Address questions and concerns professionally; escalate issues when appropriate Perform light facility upkeep and cleaning as needed Assist with apparel sales and merchandise management Help foster a welcoming, organized, and positive club environment
