Global Conference Operations Project Manager 3

The Global Conference Operations Project Manager 3 serves as a senior operational leader responsible for developing, integrating, and improving global conference operations that support hundreds of thousands of participants worldwide, for events such as FSY and YSA conferences. This role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning conference logistics, budget stewardship, accessibility, incident reporting, legal and risk management, staffing operations, and vendor partnerships. The position partners with Church departments, Area leadership, and external organizations to create scalable operational solutions that improve conference effectiveness, consistency, compliance, and participant experience globally.
