Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Flexible Part-Time & PRN Positions Available in a Skilled Nursing Facility Looking for a rewarding therapy role with scheduling flexibility? Join our skilled nursing facility team as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life. What You'll Do: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy services to improve daily living skills and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Complete timely documentation, care planning, and billing Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy programs and safe functional practices Participate in discharge planning and care conferences Requirements What We're Looking For: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred
