Travel Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Travel Operations Specialist based in India. This is a remote opportunity supporting a high-touch luxury travel account serving founders, investors, and senior executives. You’ll transform confirmed flight bookings into complete, accurate, and polished travel packages for discerning clients. The role combines itinerary management, invoicing, payment verification, client communication, and travel coordination. You’ll work across multiple systems to ensure passenger details, flight information, payments, and deliverables are consistently accurate. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate closely with ticketing, client service, and team leadership while escalating issues before they affect the client experience. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in delivering seamless, premium travel experiences from booking confirmation through final client communication.
