Senior Counsel

JOB SUMMARY: This position is for an attorney to manage legal issues and coordinate compliance in unregulated business subsidiaries including support of project development and construction, day to day management of legal issues and contracting process -- could also include managing litigation matters. This role will assist the PowerSecure, Inc. legal department on how best to manage legal demands of the company as well as help the business leaders assess risk, then advise on mitigation strategies.
