Building and Grounds Attendant (PT)

- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Maintains grounds of outside property as assigned, including parking lot, landscape areas, garage, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, etc.- Empties trash cans outside the facility in parking garage and parking lots, including Valet areas. - Picks up trash in both the landscaping and grass areas. - Cleans and maintains stairwells of parking garage.- Operates street sweeper to keep surrounding streets and turnarounds clean. - Removes snow from sidewalks, parking lots, stairs, ramp ways, exits, barge facilities, and restaurant facilities.- Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.- Performs duties in a safe manner;...
