Guest Experience Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist based in Mexico. As a Remote Guest Experience Specialist, you will help clients turn their travel ideas into memorable, personalized experiences. You’ll consult with travelers to understand their preferences, interests, budgets, and expectations. From there, you’ll research destinations, accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip essentials. You’ll manage bookings and provide attentive support before, during, and after each journey. The role combines customer service, travel planning, sales, and relationship building in a fully remote environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your client base through networking, social media, and other online channels.
