ETL Team Lead

The ETL Team Lead manages end-to-end data pipeline operations, ensuring reliable ETL loads, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle, and cloud tools. They troubleshoot issues, modernize legacy processes, and guide AMS and developers. The role builds scalable ingestion and real-time pipelines, supports releases, and leads modernization using Azure and Medallion Architecture while strengthening data quality, governance, and analytics readiness.
