Operations Manager

Solid Ground is hiring an Operations Manager to provide operational leadership for workplace systems, administrative services, front desk operations, and organizational coordination across Solid Ground’s office locations. This role supervises the Office Coordinator and supports staff, leadership, residents, and community partners while ensuring efficient, organized, and effective day-to-day operations.
