Training Coordinator

In this role, you will cross train operators in assigned departments You will ensure employees understand and follow safety requirements, operational procedures, and company policies while performing their assigned work Assess employee proficiency through structured evaluations to confirm employees are properly trained and capable of performing required tasks safely and effectively Partner with Learning and Development leadership to identify training needs, support gap analysis, and determine appropriate training plans for new hires and existing employees You will train, coach, and audit peer trainers and monitor learner hours Document audits and updates for assigned department
