Occupational Summary The Collision Shop Estimator is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience. They will prepare estimates; communicate with both the customer and the insurance company, and ensure a quality repair is performed on every vehicle. Job Description Inspect vehicles for damage Write estimate for necessary repairs Prepare work order Process insurance claim forms Keep customers updated regarding the status of repairs Schedule: This position is a 3 day shift, 7:30AM until 9:00PM, that rotates every 4 weeks. Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday for 4 weeks then Thursday/Friday/Saturday for 4 weeks
