Accounts Receivable 2 / Payroll Coordinator

Responsible for the accurate entry of accounts receivable documentation into the accounting system. Performs higher-level accounting functions, including assisting the Accounts Receivable supervisor with month-end closing activities and reconciling the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger to the general ledger. Manages collections and monitors customer account aging for four divisions. Applies working knowledge of the chart of accounts to ensure billings are recorded to the correct accounts and divisions. Continue to develop a foundational understanding of general accounting principles to provide support to other functional areas within the accounting department as needed.
