Finance & Operations Associate

About the Role Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to support the build-out and day-to-day running of our brokerage infrastructure. This is a hands-on role spanning market research, liquidity provider (LP) and payment service provider (PSP) coordination, and finance/accounts setup. You'll work closely with leadership during a key growth phase, so we're looking for someone who learns fast and executes well. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research on the CFD/forex brokerage landscape, competitors, and vendor options Support evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs) Assist with Payment Service Provider (PSP) selection, onboarding, and integration Support finance and accounts setup, including reconciliation and reporting [adjust to your actual scope] Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving Prepare reports and documentation to support operational and strategic decisions Requirements Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Accounting & Finance background strongly preferred 0–2 years of experience, recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply Strong analytical and research skills Quick learner who can pick up new domains independently Strong execution and follow-through Nice to Have Familiarity with brokerage operations, trading platforms, or fintech Experience working with vendors or financial partners
