Supervisor, Field Service (Dallas/Ft. Worth)

The Supervisor, Field Service is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Field Service Representatives and Patient Service Representatives who support Breg’s orthopedic bracing and supply programs across hospitals, orthopedic practices, and urgent care settings. This position ensures high-patient care, operational excellence, and billing accuracy while fostering strong relationships with Breg’s Sales Team and customer accounts, while monitoring performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements scalable solutions that support Breg’s strategic goals.
