Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative AW Atlantic Wholesale, , is seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to generate new business in a competitive market. Experience in construction, building materials, or millwork is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealers and other key customers Promote and sell our full line of interior and exterior doors, frames, hardware, and related products Manage an assigned sales territory, including regular jobsite and customer visits Identify new business opportunities and consistently deliver exceptional customer service Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on bids, and guide customers through the order and delivery process Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, building materials, or millwork Prior outside sales experience Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales goals Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary + Commission Comprehensive benefits package Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
