We’re expanding our remote Client Services team and are looking for an experienced Senior Market Research Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle, from bid to invoice. In this role, you’ll collaborate across the business, act as a connector between teams, and help us delight customers while growing our impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • End-to-end project leadership: Lead multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, delivering on time, on budget, and to scope
  • Client partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact—clarifying objectives, managing expectations, and providing proactive recommendations throughout the engagement
  • Risk management & problem-solving: Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving while surfacing opportunities to expand or deepen client partnerships
  • Bid & proposal development: Partner with Sales and Research to build compelling proposals, pricing, and feasibility assessments that set projects up for success
  • Operational execution: Oversee survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outputs
