How You'll Have an Impact at Kinder's:

This position is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between our internal operations team and our third-party warehousing partners as well as help streamline Inventory Management and warehouse best practices. You’ll be a key contact point across our warehousing, inbound, and outbound shipping processes—ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain . We're seeking someone who not only understands warehousing and supply chain best practices but is also driven by continuous improvement, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our operations and contribute directly to the continued success of the Kinder’s brand.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Efficiency and Cost Savings

• Assist in streamlining warehousing operations by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Logistics and Inventory Management teams to optimize warehouse utilization and inventory flow.
• Assist in implementing cost-saving measures that reduce overall warehouse expenses while maintaining service quality.

Risk Mitigation
