We are looking for upbeat, friendly people to join our Transportation Support Team at our Burnsville garage! We are a local Minnesota transportation company. We are proud to be employee-owned and we are looking to welcome a PM Dispatcher at our office in Burnsville serving our school transportation operation! Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:00 PM – 7:00 PM Job Responsibilities Responsible for working with team to ensure operations run effectively Distribute route updates as needed. Set up payroll task assignments for the following morning Finalize route coverage for the next 2–3 days Monitor radio and communicate operational messages to employees Frontline communications specialist for inbound phone and email inquiries Ensure proper documentation of accidents, incidents, and vehicle service calls Gathering information regarding accidents and incidents and completing assigned documentation Receive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency alerts What we are looking for Proficient with Microsoft Office products Detailed-oriented person with a can-do attitude! Other Requirements Excellent communication skills Read, write, and speak in English Have a positive attitude and be a team player Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Obtain (within 90 days of hire date) a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), with air brake and endorsements for passenger and a valid DOT physical How we're different: We're employee owned – that’s extra money in your pocket!
