Operations Analyst

Manage customer requests related to the intake, withdrawal, receipt, and preparation of goods, ensuring prompt and timely service. Coordinate and monitor logistics operations in the WMS and PICIZ systems, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines. Prepare and manage the documentation required for the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures. Provide support and respond to customer requests, maintaining close communication and following up on each operation until its completion. Monitor the progress of operations and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service experience.
