Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will gather and interpret operational data and provide recommendations for an assigned portfolio of properties. The position will be responsible for preparing data analytics, operational reporting, financial analysis of properties in the assigned region and other projects as requested. Also, may serve as the Community Manager of a single site on a temporary basis. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the property while they are assigned to it.
