About the oppo rtunity Successful candidates will be placed onto a talent pool for potential placements in a Customer Concierge Operator (CCO) role. The Customer Concierge Operator (CCO) helps our customers over the phone. Working from the Contact Centre, you’ll answer calls and provide assistance , advice, source information and deliver customer support services for general enquiries. Reasonable adjustments are available to support employees to perform the inherent requirements of the role. Contact Centre hours vary between service offering . Your f lexibility is required to work with shifts available 7 days a week. About You We're looking for people who are passionate about helping customers and creating positive experiences. You will thrive in this role if you: Enjoy assisting customers and delivering friendly, professional service across phone interactions. Communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to meet diverse customer needs. Are comfortable using technology and supporting others to build confidence with digital services. Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when handling complex enquiries or challenging customer situations.
