BASIC POSITION FUNCTION Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Manager of Growth & Partnerships will lead the organization’s business development and revenue growth initiatives. This position is responsible for securing diverse funding streams, cultivating donor and corporate relationships, overseeing business development, and identifying strategic opportunities that expand the organization’s impact and sustainability. This role works closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to align revenue development efforts with programmatic goals and long-term strategic planning. $73,299.20/year Benefits: Four-day work week to support work-life balance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy with clear revenue targets across philanthropic and earned income. Build and actively manage a robust opportunity pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and advancing new revenue opportunities across corporate, foundation, individual, and fee-for-service channels. Cultivate and secure strategic partnerships with employers, training institutions, and funders to drive both program enrollment and sustainable revenue growth. Expand and diversify revenue streams by identifying new markets, partnership models, and monetization opportunities aligned with Reach Out’s mission and strategic priorities. Develop tailored value propositions and pitches for different audiences (employers, donors, institutions) that clearly articulate ROI, community impact, and workforce outcomes. Donor & Corporate Relations: Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders. Develop donor engagement strategies including campaigns, events, and impact reporting. Support board engagement in fundraising efforts. Strategic Partnerships & Growth: Identify strategic partnerships that expand visibility, funding, and program reach. Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities. Support long-term sustainability planning and revenue forecasting. Systems & Infrastructure: Track, analyze, and report on growth performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue generated, partnership outcomes), and use data to continuously refine strategy. Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising data. Improve fundraising systems, processes, and donor communications. Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue tracking and reporting. Leadership Conduct monthly 1:1 meeting with staff or more frequently as needed. Must complete 90-day performance evaluations, annual reviews and ensure all Human Resources documentation is complete including any pertinent performance or corrective evaluation plans Supervise and engage interns/volunteers as necessary. Admin Implement related contracts and ensure compliance with program policies, reporting, evaluation, goals, and objectives. Maintain all agency operational forms and program evaluations in a timely manner (Daily Time Sheet, Mileage, Federal reports, Apricot, etc.). Provide guidance and assistance in the writing and submission of foundation, corporate and government grant proposals related to all programs. Ensure that all observations and disciplinary conversations are fully documented in Paycom within 24 hours, with accurate and detailed records, including incidents, investigations, and outcomes. For any major situations or escalating issues, contact HR immediately to discuss the next steps. OTHER REQUIRMENTS Willingness to sign a Training Agreement, if required, for participation in mandatory trainings related to program compliance and government funding requirements. Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Provide translation support for documents and verbal communications if fluent in Spanish. Assist with and provide support for Reach Out events as needed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
