Nursing Dept Supervisor, AAMC, Med Surg, Full Time, First Shift

Job Summary Supervises, coordinates, and schedules the activities of Inpatient nursing personnel. Responsible for a variety of activities including interpretation of procedures and work instructions; participation in the investigation and preparation of reports relative to the improvement of nursing care; safety observation, internal investigations, staff training, staff performance reviews and conducts disciplinary actions with employees, as necessary.
