Customer Account Representative

SCHEDULE 8-5 M-F PAY 26.50/HR POSITION SUMMARY Customer service, handling incoming sales calls, and customer inquiries. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Enter customer orders into the computer. Answer incoming customer calls. Quote customers prices on non-stock and stock items. Find solutions to customer’s problems. Run delivery tickets for truck runs. Check truck run tickets upon return, do credits if necessary. Pull literature and samples from stock as necessary. Handle all customer pick up business. Put together special truck runs and occasionally make truck run calls. Enter entrance door tickets and window tickets. Assist in counting inventory and checking stock. Attend and assist with contractor meetings, clinics and sales meetings.
