Plant Accountant II

As the Plant Accountant as Rossford Assembly you'll partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance through cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational insights. Responsibilities include managing the monthly financial close, preparing KPI and financial reports, performing account reconciliations, supporting standard costing and annual budgets, and identifying cost reduction opportunities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, strong analytical and Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. SAP experience and an MBA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
