Director of Inpatient Nursing (Acute Care)

This leader ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and developmentally appropriate care within a family-centered care model while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Patient population of units may vary and could include pediatric only, adult only, or pediatric and adult care.
