Special Projects Program Office Representative The EB Special Projects Program Office develops unique one-of-a-kind platforms and capabilities for submarines. Our efforts include concept development of new platforms, design/integration of new systems/capabilities, maintenance/upgrades of existing systems, and mission integration support for operational platforms.
