Data Governance Lead BA3

This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and maturation of a large-scale healthcare data governance program. You’ll provide strategic direction across data governance, healthcare policy, privacy, clinical operations, analytics, and digital health. The position will shape governance frameworks, policies, standards, decision rights, accountability models, and data stewardship practices. You’ll work across complex healthcare and public-sector environments, aligning diverse stakeholders around responsible and effective use of data. The role requires strong executive presence and the ability to translate complex data and digital health priorities into actionable strategies. You’ll engage with clinical, technical, operational, government, and private-sector leaders to drive system-level transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced healthcare data governance leader comfortable operating at provincial or similarly complex scale.
