Collections Representative

The Role As a Collections Agent , you’ll own a portfolio of new and aged accounts and be trusted to manage it independently. You’ll analyze risk, prioritize your efforts, and negotiate payment resolutions that protect the company while maintaining professionalism and empathy. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows collections and doesn’t need scripts or constant supervision.
