RN-PART TIME

AMI-Wellness Home Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide part-time skilled nursing visits for home health patients in the Denver metro area. This is a per-visit position , generally scheduled Monday through Friday based on patient needs, referral volume, and nurse availability. This is not a full-time position. The RN will support home health patients through Starts of Care, Resumptions of Care, Readmissions, and skilled nursing revisits as assigned. Responsibilities Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes Perform Starts of Care, Resumptions of Care, Readmissions, and follow-up visits as assigned Assess patient condition and communicate changes appropriately Provide patient education, medication review, wound care/assessment, and other skilled nursing services within RN scope of practice Communicate with physicians, supervisors, patients, families, caregivers, and the care team Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation Support safe transitions into home health care Schedule and Compensation Part-time, per-visit position Visits generally completed Monday through Friday Paid per visit, with rates varying by visit type Flexible weekday field nursing opportunity without a full-time schedule
