The Opportunity

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to join our team as a Lead Provider, responsible for providing exceptional care and making a real impact on the lives of our patients within our urgent care clinic. Lead Providers at ConvenientMD act as clinical leader for all clinical staff, mentoring and supporting new-grad providers as well as allied healthcare professionals.

This role is perfect for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who t hrive s in a collaborative environment , enjoys mentorship, and is passionate about delivering high-quality care .

As a founding Advanced Practice Provider in our new Waterville, Maine urgent care center, you will help shape a modern, patient-centered practice from the ground up. You’ll guide team-based care, influence clinic culture and patient experience, and play a key role in building an urgent care model that expands access to high-quality, same-day care, elevates advanced practice leadership, and transforms how acute care is delivered in our community.
