Order Picker/Packer – 2nd Shift Chesterfield, VA | $17.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM We're hiring reliable Order Picker/Packers to join a growing warehouse team in Chesterfield, VA. Requirements Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves/bins based on order tickets or RF scanner instructions Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging Verify order accuracy by checking quantities and item numbers Operate warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production and accuracy goals Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisor Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or general labor experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Apply: Weekly pay Temp-to-hire with strong potential to roll over permanent Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Opportunity for growth within the company
