Car Rental Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Rental Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can drive sales, handle customer inquiries, and deliver a seamless rental experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and rental agreements Promote and sell car rental packages and services Achieve sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities Coordinate with operations for vehicle availability and delivery Manage customer documentation, contracts, and system updates Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in car rental, sales, or customer service roles within the Automotive or Car Rental industry Must be bilingual: Fluent in English plus any other international language (Arabic, French, Spanish) Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer handling Ability to work in a target-driven environment Good system handling (CRM/ERP preferred) ⚠️ Note This role requires strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset . Candidates must be comfortable handling customers and closing deals.
