At Coforge, we are hiring Mid Software Engineer (Front End) (#22396) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable, responsive, and accessible front-end solutions using modern web technologies, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. • Build modular, reusable components and design systems, leveraging Apache Velocity JS, macros, and dynamic logic to create personalized email templates. • Integrate internal and external APIs to consume and transform dynamic data into conditional, logic-driven email experiences. • Develop and maintain highly responsive HTML/CSS email templates compatible with major email clients, including Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail.
Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of related software engineering experience with a strong front-end focus, or equivalent experience with a Master's degree. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. • Strong command of Apache Velocity JS (VLT), including macros such as #set, #if, #foreach, and #define. • Experience building scalable design systems and reusable components. • Strong experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, command-line tools, and modern IDEs. • Proven experience integrating and consuming APIs for dynamic content. • Advanced HTML/CSS skills, including responsive and accessible development for email clients. • Experience with Figma and translating designs into modular code. • Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills • Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services. • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI. • Experience with internationalization and localization frameworks. • Practical experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code. • Experience developing personalized content at scale across multiple locales.
