Assembly Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assembly Team Leader to lead our Actuated Control Valve (ACV) production area. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activity to ensure products are manufactured safely, on time and to the required quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across the operation. You will play a key role in embedding Lean Manufacturing principles, developing team capability and ensuring delivery performance meets both customer and business expectations.
