As a Branch Manager, you’ll maintain a hard-working, productive and effective workforce that maximizes financial goals, reduces costs, and elevates customer relations and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and procedures • Monitor and assist in the training and development of Loan Specialists (LS) • Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability • Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications • Assist LS with loan processing and collections calls • Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures • Tax preparation (may vary by location) • Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses • Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully Requirements: • Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service related industries • Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and valid proof of insurance • Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays) Benefits — Why Sun Loan Is Your Ideal Workplace • Low-deductible, affordable medical plans, including medical, dental, and vision • Telehealth access • On-demand pay • Competitive salary based on factors such as location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience • 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off, including holidays, vacation, and sick time • Bonus opportunities • Career development and advancement paths • Formal and comprehensive training program Work Authorization Notice Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
