About the role

1) Meet production requirements regarding quantity and quality. 2) Correctly complete production line records (first-piece inspection, checklists, process sign-offs, Poka-Yoke verification, etc.). 3) Fill out production logs (injection and cutting). 4) Implement the reaction plan. 5) Check the condition of machinery and equipment—including safety and parameter verification—using the setup checklist at the start of the shift. 6) Initiate and follow up on maintenance work orders in the event of machinery breakdowns. 7) Record hourly production on the line board. 8) Identify non-conforming product with a red tag, record it on Form FO AC 47, and track its status. 9) Report breakdowns, production figures, and observations to the Team Leader at the end of the shift. 10) Obtain certification under the ILUO process, progressing to the U-Expert level. 11) Certify new production line personnel to the U-Expert level when assigned as the on-floor trainer. 12) Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. 13) Correctly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the specific production line at all times. 14) Wear the assigned multi-skill certification badge at all times.
