Head of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our marketing engine end-to-end — from strategy and budget through to hands-on execution. You'll translate a technical AI voice product into compelling positioning, build a repeatable growth motion, and play a central role in driving international expansion into the UK and US markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own marketing strategy, budget, prioritisation, and KPIs with full operational responsibility. - Define positioning, storytelling, and content that make a technical product memorable and conversion-focused. - Build and run an AI-first growth playbook that scales inbound across organic and paid channels. - Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and markets, including UK and US expansion. - Report on pipeline impact and use experiments and data to drive channel decisions. - Hire and develop a high-performing marketing team as the company scales, while staying hands-on. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years in growth or marketing with a track record of owning the function and managing a meaningful budget, ideally at an early-stage company. - Proven ability to translate technical products into clear positioning and compelling narratives. - Strong hands-on experience across organic and paid channels, with a focus on building repeatable playbooks. - Experience designing and executing AI-driven and automation-led growth strategies. - Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and tracking pipeline KPIs. - Experience building and leading marketing teams while remaining operationally involved. - Experience leading go-to-market launches for new segments or international markets. - Fluent in both English and German (bilingual proficiency required). COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €75,000 – €120,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
