POSITION SUMMARY: As part of an Intensive Home-based Service, under professional supervision, the Outreach/Homebased Clinical Therapist is responsible for the provision of therapeutic and case management services to children and families being served by the program. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments (and psychological testing if M.A. or M.S. is in clinical psychology) Formulation of person-centered treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy Collaboration and participation with other clinical staff and treatment team members in planning and guiding treatment Assist families with accessing and utilizing community resources Liaison with natural supports, community and other agencies in working toward therapeutic goals
