Senior Reliability Engineer

Senior Reliability Engineer Job Description: This position involves the planning, execution, and analysis of process reliability tests for semiconductor technologies used at MACOM. These primarily include compound semiconductor technologies (GaAs and GaN), but may also require work on other semiconductor technologies (e.g., Si PIN diodes). Some software development for instrument control will be required. Must be capable of successfully performing in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
