AI Revenue Operations Analyst

We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our Sales Operations team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as an AI Revenue Operations Analyst, you will build an AI-driven data layer that turns operational data into decision-ready intelligence. This role owns the technical pipeline: pulling data from Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, and other systems through workflow automation tools, structuring it in a central database, and using it to power Claude-based skills and dashboards. You'll work daily with Sales Ops, Finance, and Services to keep data connections accurate — clarifying definitions, troubleshooting issues, and iterating on what flows through the system. Operations leadership sets priorities; you own execution and the relationships that keep the data trustworthy.
