About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE A fast-moving, Y Combinator–backed AI-native CRM startup in Stockholm is hiring a Technical Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the founding team. This is a high-impact, on-site role designed for someone who thrives in an early-growth environment, brings strong technical judgment, and is energized by cross-functional execution at speed. This role is an exceptional launchpad for future founders — you'll have direct exposure to product strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational decision-making from day one. The company is building an AI-native productivity platform for sales and customer-facing teams, automating the messy parts of CRM so teams can focus entirely on their customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner directly with the founders across product, go-to-market, and operations as a trusted strategic and executional counterpart. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, aligning priorities and driving execution across teams. - Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete plans and track delivery against tight deadlines. - Support founder decision-making by providing technical context, project-level insights, and clear recommendations. - Own high-impact projects end-to-end — identifying what moves the needle and making it happen. - Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adapting fluidly as priorities evolve. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: - Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals — computer science training or equivalent hands-on experience. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and work closely with executive stakeholders. - Strong product mindset with the ability to contribute meaningfully to product strategy and decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate strategy clearly to diverse audiences. - High ownership mentality — comfortable driving initiatives forward through ambiguity with minimal direction. - Prior startup experience or meaningful exposure to fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. - Eligibility to work in Sweden and ability to work on-site in Stockholm full-time (no visa sponsorship available). Nice to Have: - Interest in branding, design, or managing social channels. - Experience working in early-stage (seed or Series A) companies. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 USD per year (or local equivalent) - Equity: QESO options ranging from 0.15% – 0.50% - Early-stage equity upside with a founding-team-level role in a well-backed startup LOCATION - On-site, full-time in Stockholm, Sweden - No visa sponsorship is available — candidates must already have the right to work in Sweden
