Assistant - Digital Channels

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant – Digital Channels to join our Digital Channels and Products team on a fixed-term contract . In this role, you will support customers throughout their digital journey by ensuring they can easily access and use our digital products and services. You will manage customer enquiries, assist with digital onboarding, verify documentation, and provide timely solutions while maintaining high service standards.
