Activities CNA – Montessori Dementia Program Full-Time & Part-Time | Day & Evening Shifts Available This is not a typical CNA role. We’re hiring an Activities CNA to work on a specialized dementia unit using a Montessori-based program . If you like staying busy, connecting with residents, and doing more than basic care tasks, this role gives you that opportunity. Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekend and holiday rotation required What Makes This Different Our Montessori program focuses on engagement, independence, and purpose for residents with dementia. That means: Residents aren’t just being cared for, they’re actively participating in their day You’ll lead structured, hands-on activities throughout your shift You’ll build real relationships, not just complete tasks If you’re the type of CNA who likes to sit and chart all day, this won’t be a fit.
