MLR Officer & DPO Compliance & Corporate Counseling

The MLR Officer DPO Compliance Corporate Counseling is responsible for : -Liaising with regulatory authorities (BoG, DPA etc.) -Verifying compliance with national and international standards, rules laws in the field of AML, CFT, Data Protection, Anti-fraud, Conflicts of Interest -Preparing compliance reports -Investigating resolving suspicious transactions -Performing of KYC analysis, requesting all needed information, performing of Due Diligence, reviewing all collected documentation -Training all staff on the areas of AML,E40 CFT, Data Protection, Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest -Drafting, reviewing implementing of policies procedures within compliance area
