Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. State licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications PALS. Demonstrated experience working in a clinical respiratory therapy role, preferably in acute care settings. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Previous Supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience working night shifts or in a 24-hour hospital environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and respiratory care documentation software. Strong background in mechanical ventilation management and pulmonary function testing. Previous involvement in respiratory therapy quality improvement or patient education programs.
