INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY We offer highly competitive compensation for Master/A-level Technicians with earning potential of up to $110,000+ annually (including a guaranteed salary component), along with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 , depending on ASE certifications, Virginia State Inspector licensing, and overall mechanical experience. BENEFITS Industry-leading compensation plans with weekly pay Sign-on bonus opportunities Ownership opportunity program Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays, sick days, and PTO Paid training and professional development 100% reimbursement for ASE certification testing Modern equipment and a professional work environment Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Up to $110,000+ per year Location: Virginia Automotive Service – Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA Requirements TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance-related concerns Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently Perform repairs including engine performance, drivability, electrical systems, steering and suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, cooling systems, and driveline components Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations Utilize diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service information systems to identify and resolve vehicle concerns Perform Virginia State Inspections in accordance with state requirements Mentor and assist less-experienced technicians as needed Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time while maintaining high productivity standards Document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with service advisors and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience QUALIFICATIONS Virginia State Inspector License required ASE Certifications strongly preferred Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience Proven advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with scan tools, oscilloscopes, and modern diagnostic equipment preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
