Analyst /Sr Capital Markets

The Senior Analyst / Analyst, Capital Markets will execute debt and tax equity financings and own detailed financial modeling for a renewable energy portfolio. This role partners closely with senior management, cross-functional internal teams, and external counterparties to structure financing arrangements, evaluate proposals, and ensure efficient and timely transaction closings. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, prepare critical investor presentations and management reports, and deliver clear financial insights that support strategic capital market decisions and growth.
